Children of the Night Once per day as a standard action, Dracula can call forth 1d6+1 rat swarms, 1d4+1 bat swarms, or 2d6 wolves. These creatures arrive in 2d6 rounds and serve the monster for 1 hour.
Create Spawn Dracula can create spawn out of those it slays. The victim rises from death as a vampire in 1d4 days under the command of Dracula, remaining enslaved until Dracula’s destruction. Dracula can have enslaved spawn whose HD total no more than 44; any spawn it creates that would exceed this limit become free-willed. Dracula can free an enslaved spawn in order to create a new enslaved spawn, but once freed, a creature cannot be enslaved again.
